Review Guide

What happens between your first brief and the findings workshop for logistics tracking app analytics.

This guide walks through a typical Performance Review. Metric audits and briefings follow a shorter path but keep the same habits: contested samples, plain language, and changes you can assign.

The path

Scoping note

You send fleet size, app name (or vendor), and the metrics under dispute. We reply with a sample plan and fee.

Access checklist

Read-only exports: trips, timestamps, exception codes, geofence list. We never take live vehicle control.

Sampling week

We select peak and quiet trips, including multi-stop industrial runs common in Johor and the Klang Valley.

Yard or dock day (optional)

If booked, we watch how arrivals are marked when bays queue — the moment analytics often diverge from work.

Findings workshop

Ninety minutes with your nominated leads. We rank fixes and leave an editable pack within three working days.

What to prepare

  • A month of completed trips if volume is high; two weeks for smaller fleets
  • Names of people who can explain customer confirmation and dock allocation
  • Any bonus or SLA rules that currently depend on the contested metrics

What we will not do

We will not rewrite your tracking app, host your data, or present glossy boards that hide sample limits. If the export quality is too thin, we say so early and adjust the quote.

Natural next actions

Browse Assessments for the right depth, or request a review brief if you already know the metric that needs reading.
