Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling rules for Appgardenline logistics tracking app analytics assessments in Malaysia.

These rules apply to paid assessments and briefings described on this site. They do not cover software products, physical goods, or subscriptions, which we do not sell here.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Appgardenline for a scoped engagement. Bank charges or third-party transfer fees are not refundable.
Timeframe to request
Cancel in writing to info@appgardenline.click. Requests made more than five working days before the scheduled kick-off are eligible for a full refund of sums paid, minus any non-recoverable travel already authorised in writing.
Full or partial refunds
- Cancellation five or more working days before kick-off: full refund of fees paid (subject to authorised travel above)
- Cancellation within five working days before kick-off: 50% of the engagement fee is retained; remaining balance refunded if already paid in full
- After kick-off or after sample analysis has begun: fees for completed stages are earned; unused later stages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion
Non-refundable items
- Deposits once a reserved analyst week has started
- Third-party site access fees you asked us to incur
- Completed briefings or workshops that already occurred
Process
Email info@appgardenline.click with your quote reference, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least five working days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a RM 400 administration fee or forfeiture of the deposit if analyst days cannot be reassigned.
No-shows
If your team misses a booked workshop without twenty-four hours’ notice, that session is charged as delivered. We will offer one replacement slot within thirty days subject to availability.
Work already started
Once trip sampling or yard observation has begun, that portion of the fee is earned even if you pause the remaining workshop.
Deposits
Deposits secure calendar time. They convert to engagement fees when work starts and follow the cancellation bands above.
