Logistics Tracking App Performance Review
A seven-to-ten day reading of your tracking app metrics against yard reality — trip samples, geofence rules, and a ranked findings pack.
Who this is for
Fleet managers, operations directors, and third-party logistics leads who already run a logistics tracking app and need a clear verdict on whether the analytics match what drivers and warehouse clerks experience on the ground.
Result you leave with
A written findings pack that names which metrics are trustworthy, which are noisy, and which rules (geofences, stop definitions, multi-stop sequencing) should change first. You also receive a one-page brief for your vendor or internal builders so the next tweak is specific rather than vague.
Scope included
- Kick-off interview with dispatch and one warehouse contact
- Sampling of 80–150 completed trips across peak and quiet windows
- Metric dictionary check: ETA, idle, dwell, exception codes, customer confirmation stamps
- Optional half-day yard or dock observation in Johor Bahru or your agreed site
- Findings workshop (90 minutes) and editable PDF report
Out of scope
- Building or hosting a new tracking product
- Continuous monitoring retainers (ask about a follow-up audit instead)
- Legal evidence packages for disputes with shippers
Provider and process
Reviews are led by Appgardenline analysts based in Johor Bahru, with experience reading logistics tracking app exports from regional fleets. Process: scoping call → data access checklist → sampling week → observation day if booked → findings workshop → final pack within three working days of the workshop.
Preparation
Export a recent month of trips with timestamps, vehicle IDs, stop sequences, and exception flags. Share your geofence map or site polygons if the app stores them. Nominate one person who can explain how drivers mark arrivals today.
Constraints
We need read-only access to historical analytics, not live control of vehicles. If your vendor blocks bulk export, we work from screenshots and sampled CSV pulls, which lengthens the calendar by a few days.
Pricing basis
Quoted as a fixed engagement fee after we see fleet size and export quality. See the Rates page for starting bands.
Next step
Send a review brief with your fleet size and which metrics feel unreliable. We reply within two working days with a proposed sample plan.
