Acceptance
By browsing appgardenline.click or engaging Appgardenline for an assessment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book work with us.
Services described
Pages on this site describe informational offerings: reviews and briefings about app analytics for logistics tracking apps. Published rates are guides only. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written quote or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Site copy, visual design, and downloadable materials we supply remain owned by Appgardenline or their respective owners. You may not copy assessment templates for resale. Findings packs delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to your organisation for internal use.
Client responsibilities
You must ensure you have authority to share tracking exports and that sharing them does not breach your vendor or customer contracts. You are responsible for decisions you take after receiving findings.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Appgardenline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost contracts or bonus disputes arising from how you apply our findings. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
No professional substitute clauses beyond scope
Our work is operational analytics review. It is not legal advice, insurance advice, or a certified forensic examination unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Website availability
We aim for continuous access to this informational site but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free pages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements originating from this site, unless a statement of work names a different forum.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
